This service is specifically designed for situations where interventions or care, while not constituting urgent or emergency treatment, may be necessary, eliminating the need for a visit to a hospital emergency department. It's important to note that this service doesn't substitute primary support or care expected within regular hours. Instead, it aims to assist you in achieving and sustaining safe clinical outcomes, thereby helping prevent unnecessary hospitalisation.
